She touched the lives of hundreds of babes with the utmost patience and humor. She not only helped many raise their babies, but gave sage advice to Mom’s and Dad’s.

Joyce cared for our “babies” Megan and Matthew when they attended Magic Dragon. She was wonderful teacher and we knew they were loved and well taken care of. Joyce helped shape our children in their developmental years and for that we are so very very grateful! Shelly and family, we are sending hugs and comfort to all.
