My memories of Richie go back to the early 1970s when we met in junior high school in Revere. We shared joys and tragedies and survived the teenage years having much fun and trying to figure out what girls were all about. In our senior year we convinced each other to try out for the football team, which he made and I did not, but we would go to al the games waiting to se him in the lineup, which finally happened in the last game of the year. After Richie and the family moved to from Revere to Burlington we all would make the long trip to the suburbs to party. After our first year in college three of us went on a week-long camping trip to Nova Scotia where we had the adventure of a lifetime. Although we we're 5,000 miles apart our friendship endured all these many years. Richie brought love, laughter and joy to everyone that knew him and will be forever in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Roberta and all the Love Family.
