To the Family,
Martha was always so very sweet and kind to me. Whenever I visited, she made me feel welcomed and from what I could see from the family gatherings is that she cherished every moment, every hug, every laugh, every everything with each one of you.
Martha had this beautiful spirit and a big heart and an immeasurable love for every one of you.
She will be dearly missed, but may all of you carry and find her love always within you.
May she rest in peace.

I worked with Martha at the Zelma Lacey House several years ago. Martha was smart, kind, compassionate and very funny. My deepest sympathies to her family. Martha will be missed by all who knew her.

A memory I have of Martha that I will never forget is when she was with the Desmond family on the Cape celebrating with us the day before Kelly and Frank’s wedding. My husband, Brian, was trying to ask my father for his blessing and approval to propose to me. My father was eating sushi and showing Brian a map of Cape Cod. Martha was trying to help Brian because my dad wouldn’t stop talking about how to navigate Cape Cod. Martha said, “Michael: I think Brian wants to ask you something important.” Thank God for kind Martha softly interjecting and doing her “mumble giggle.” She certainly saved Brian! LOL
