My condolences to all who loved Lena. I wanted to share with you that I worked with Lena at Ocean Spray in the early 1990's. She was so kind to me, a young woman just starting her career. She shared a few recipes that I still make today. A favorite is her peanut butter balls. Each Christmas, she gave everyone in the office a few - made with love! I have made them every year since. They've become my "signature" treat amongst family and friends. I think of Lena every time I make them. Peace and to all who loved her.
