I will always remember our many hours spent on Saturday nights, by the fireplace, at Panera's drinking many cups of coffee and discussing the issues of the week. You were a very wise man and caring man, who was always ready to express his opinion, which was correct 9 out of 10 times. I consider it an honor (& I know Merritt did too) to have been a friend for the past 20 years. The four of us had many fun adventures and lots of memories over the years. I will miss you, my friend.
