My sincere condolences to all the family of my brother Pat. I have lots of fond (& fun ) memories of our younger days growing up in Tickles. Pat was the youngest of our four brothers and he just came ahead of Esther & I and Mary. I can tell you a lot of stories about the mischief he got us all into. It seems such a long time since my last visit with him…. so far away… but I will always remember the good times we had. My prayers are with you all at this sad time.
Love, Aunt Agnes

So sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Paddy. Both he and Aunt Nancy were so good to me when Ralph was in Boston City Hospital. We all enjoyed Uncle Paddy's visits with us at nearby campgrounds when we would be vacationing. His stories about growing up in the Tickles were so interesting and amusing. Although we had not seen him recently he was often in our thoughts and we speak of you all often. I can only imagine that Uncle Paddy and the rest of the Nolan clan are above huddled together chatting just like we remember them following Sunday Mass at Mount Carmel Church. Once again, condolences to all Uncle Paddy's family. We are thinking about you at this difficult time. Love from Dick and Debbie Dunphy and family, Mount Carmel, NL. Canada.

Ann and Maureen I was so very sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. You may not remember me but I am your Aunt Esther’s daughter. I have very fond memories of the time your family visited Mt. Carmel. I also reconnected with your dad years later when my husband and I attended the Boston Seafood Show. Though schedules didn’t allow for the few days we were there, we had many telephone chats. My late mother-in-law was your dad’s and my mom’s teacher in Harricott many years ago. They did manage to get into a lot of mischief. Mom always looked forward to phone chats with your dad. I am sure there are many arms outreached in heaven to welcome your dad. NaN and Pop Nolan, brothers Ambrose, Jerome and Jackie and sisters Rita, Theresa, Ellen and my own sweet mother Esther. Take care . I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Maureen and Ann and family, tears came to me when I heard of Uncle Paddy’s passing. It has been many years since I’ve seen any of you, but I would think of you often and the fantastic time when mom, Aunt Mary, Tommy, my sister Cheryl and I visited. I will tell you, he had me so many times wondering if he was being serious with me, or pulling my leg. He was a good uncle to me, and a man who loved you all very much. Take care of each other now, and in the times ahead. Family will help you through. Take care, be safe and healthy and Uncle Paddy, Rest In Peace.

Ann and Maureen we are so sorry about your father’s death. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. You’re in our thoughts, and I hope you feel comforted in the days ahead..
Don’t think of him as gone away
his journey’s just begun,
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched…
for nothing loved is ever lost
and he was loved so much.
