We did not know Elaine, but she must have been something special to have a daughter as sweet and lovable as Jennifer Devine. We're certain Elaine passed on her love of laughter to Jen, who almost always has a smile on her face. We know she will be terribly missed by her family but that she is now in a better place--one of peace, love, and understanding. God bless.
