My deepest sympathy to Reggie's family on your loss. I had the privilege of working with Reggie at the Duxbury Library for many years, and I have never known a nicer, more caring and generous person. When I think of her, I think of her smile, her laughter, and her running feet -- even in her 70's, she would go running down the halls to her work (and later volunteer) space at the library! She really loved her family so deeply, and her friends were included in that circle of love. I know Reggie's final few years were health-challenged, but her bright spirit kept shining. I was glad to see her at one of the library's outdoor concerts in May -- she was tapping her foot and smiling and enjoying the music. She touched and inspired a lot of lives. I hope, for her sake, that there is tennis in heaven...

I only met Reggie a couple of times as I was a friend of
her beloved son Douglas.
But I feel I knew her much more personally than these couple of meetings allowed.
Douglas was always sharing countless stories of “Reggie” and her love for their family, which yielded a view of her Grace and Kindness which was witness to her Love of Life and what it had to offer.
I would be remiss if I didn't include the multiple stories that came up that included the subject of “ice cream”, where the lightness of life was often discussed.
Reggie was a Grand lady, you left your love with so many people.
Rest in Peace "Reggie".
