Dorothy L. Krueger (Rebmann), beloved wife of Richard A. Krueger Sr. of Kingston passed away unexpectedly September 26, 2010. Beloved daughter of Alma I. Rebmann, Quaker Hill, CT, and brother of Francis E. Rebmann, E. Lyme, CT. Cherished mother of Alicia Whitehouse of Milledgeville, GA, Richard A. Krueger Jr. of Kingston, Valerie Colvin of Spring City, TN, and John E. Krueger of Milton Mills, NH. Devoted grandmother of 26 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Dorothy was a longtime business owner of “Sew Crazy” in Plymouth, and traveled extensively around the country to expositions, and shows. She was nationally recognized for her award winning work with quilts, patterns, and lighthouse designs. Dorothy was an active member of the Mayflower Congregational Church in Kingston, where she served as the Jr. Choir Director, and later as a Deaconess. Dorothy will be fondly remembered for her devotion to family, friends, and especially her faith. She took her faith everywhere she went, and lived it out in service to her Lord. She touched the lives of many people that God would bring to her path. Visiting hours will be held Saturday, October 2nd from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St. (Rt. 106) Kingston. A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 3rd at 2:00 PM at the Mayflower Congregational Church, 207 Main St, Kingston. Final resting place will be the MA National Cemetery, Bourne on October 4th at 11:00 AM.
