Bruno J. Zoltowski of Duxbury died suddenly on June 2nd at the age of 64. Bruno is survived by his wife Emily (Rinaldi) Zoltowski, sons; Scott M. Zoltowski of Duxbury, Neil J. Zoltowski of Plymouth, daughter; Jill M. Zoltowski of Kingston, and the late Jeffrey A. Zoltowski. Two grandchildren; Anna and A.J. and daughter-in-laws Michelle Zoltowski of Duxbury and Shayna Zoltowski of Plymouth. Born in Shelton, CT on June 29, 1944 to the late Bruno J. Zoltowski and Emily (Grous) Zoltowski. Bruno began his educational career as a teacher in Coventry, CT. He then taught for more than 20 years in the Norwell school system. Bruno was Principal of the Kingston Elementary School and retired in 2007 as Principal of Highlands Elementary School in Braintree. After retiring, he became the acting Director of the Metro South Academy in Bridgewater. Mr. Zoltowski also taught Graduate Education Courses for Lesley College and American International College. He was also a Supervisor of Student Teachers, and the past President of the South Shore Principal Association. Memorial Calling hours will be held Fri. June 5th from 4-7 pm at Shepherd Funeral Home 7 Mattakeesett St. (Rte 14, Pembroke Center) Pembroke MA with a Memorial Service held Sat. June 6th at 10am at St. John the Evangelist Church Washington St. Duxbury MA. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc., PO Box 78960 Phoenix, AZ 85062-8960.
