Anyone who had met Gerry would know that he was an earnest and sincere man- caring, attentive, trustworthy are among the many admirable qualities he possessed. However, for many of us, especially those who maintained our connections over the years, he was so much more than our accountant, he was our heartfelt friend.
I will miss his ebullient laugh, his considerate nature and his wholehearted welcoming and caring attitude. He was also a noble and courageous man, informed and supported by his faith. With great appreciation, I can recall our many conversations about life, health, spirituality etc., and the depth of mutual affirmation that it provided for both of us. I will remember him as a shining example of a man who lived with a sustaining sense of compassion and grace...
Rest in peace, faithful friend and dedicated servant- Out of our love and caring, we will surely grieve our loss, and our lives will feel, for a time, truly diminished by your passing... Yet, what will sustain us and continue to inspire us will be all the times of joy, laughter, meaning and resolve that we had shared, and we will be grateful that we knew Gerry, that he was a part of our lives and for that, we will remain thankful...
Respectfully, Peter
The Reverend Peter E. Lanzillotta, Ph.D.

Gerry will be truly missed. Gerry was a good friend to my late parents. Gerry watched me grow up and we had shared over 40 years of friendship. My last visit with Gerry we were talking about family. The office and all those who worked with Gerry became part of his extended family.
