Sincere condolences on Charlie's passing. We highly admired Charlie for all his accomplishments. Some might say he was a bit gruff but he was also very fair and consistent with all of us. I remember long before I moved here I stopped one day and he not only explained living here & how to finance a mobile home but he proudly took me around and showed me the difference between a single and a double wide. RIP Charlie with no more illness. I'm priviledged to have known you
Sorry to hear of Charlie s passing he will missed by many he left his mark in Plymouth and carver but we have solace knowing his work on earth is done and he can rest in peace without pain and suffering in the house og the lord
