Obituary of Robert A. LaMacchia

Robert A. LaMacchia, 82, of Kingston, died February 13. Beloved husband of 62 years of Elizabeth (Malta) LaMacchia. Loving father of Rev. James R. LaMacchia of Kingston, and Christine Walsh and her husband David of Colorado. Devoted grandfather of Matthew, Lindsey, and Ashley Walsh. Mr. LaMacchia was a retired teacher at the Tri County Regional High School in Franklin. He was a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, the US Power Squadron, the Knights of Columbus, as well as serving as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Mary's Church in Plymouth. Funeral from the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St., Rt. 106, Kingston, on Tues. Feb.19 at 9:00AM, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, Plymouth at 10:00AM. Interment in Vine Hill Cemetery, Plymouth. Visiting hours on Mon. Feb. 18, 4-7PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Church, 313 Court St., Plymouth, MA 02360.
