I have very fond memories of Al. As the Chair of the Interfaith Council's Basket Project for 14 years I was forever looking for volunteers to make the project happen three times a year. Al was incredible. Not just as a volunteer, but also as good spirited humorist who was always there when one or more of us needed a good laugh to brighten our spirits. He could and would be capable of helping in any way he was asked. When I would ask him do take on a responsibility I knew it would be carried out to the letter. When I think of Al I remember most was his humor and his selfless way of givng. His freiends and family will be in my prayers. He was gift.
