Obituary of Lorraine B. Wise

Lorraine (Lori) Beverly Wise, 61, of Norwell, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on January 8, 2025.

Lori was born in Brockton on July 5, 1963 to the late John C. Wise and the late Joyce M. Moran. She was born with special needs and lived at home with her parents for most of her life, until the passing of her Mother in 2016, and lived wit her Step Dad Bob Moran until his passing in 2017. She then went to live in a group home run by - Road to Responsibility, where she lived until she passed away. She attended a Day-hab through Road to Responsibility.

Throughout all of her life she enjoyed many family outings and holidays, as well as enjoyed gong to school for special needs from a young age until she was 21 years old.

Lori is survived by her sister Cheryl Duggan of East Bridgewater and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Lori is preceded in death by her Grandparents, her Parents, her Brothers John and Allen and Sister Melissa as well as many Aunts and Uncles.

Visiting hours will be held on January 25th at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston from 2-6:00 PM with interment to take place in the spring. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Road to Responsibility, 1831 Ocean St, Marshfield, MA 02050.
