     Jean Marie (Power) Mann 69 of Kingston passed away under the care of Cranberry Hospice Monday January 13, 2025 surrounded by her loving husband and daughters. Born May 21, 1955 to Josephine Calcagno Power Ernst and Robert Gerard Power . She is preceded in death by her mother Jospehine, Fathers Robert Gerard Power, and Ronald Ernst, brother Richard Power and her beloved daughter Michelle Mann Aquilante. 

     Jean married the love of her life David P Mann August 25, 1974 and they were married for 50 Amazing years. Jean was the proud mother of 3 daughters, Deborah Ann Harbinson and her husband Joshua of Kingston, the late Michelle Aquilante and her husband Adam of Cranston Rhode Island and Melissa Bibby and her husband Joe of Hanson. She was also deeply loved and admired by her sisters Rhonda and Julie and her brothers Robert, Richard, Danny, and Ronnie. She was also known as "Ninny" by her 6 cherished grandchildren Joey, Antonio, Autumn, Stella, Lilly Michelle and Benjamin. 

    Jean graduated in 1974 from Quincy High School and immediately married and started her family. She devoted her entire adult life to her family and friends. Jean was passionate with her work which included a baker at the Whitman School system, Plymouth County/ Cranberry Specialty Hospital, North River Collaborative and continued into healthcare as a home health aide and C.N.A at Wingate in Kingston. 

    Jean was an avid Red Sox fan. Her home was always a gathering place for friends and family where we celebrated holidays, cookouts, sleepovers and so much more. Always a place for everyone to come, relax, and have fun. Jean was always there when anyone needed her and was the ROCK for so many.

    As Jean would like it we will not be having a wake or funeral instead a Celebration of Life at the American Legion Hall 5 West Street Duxbury on Saturday January 18, 2025 1pm-4pm. Please come join us to reminisce, laugh and share a good meal.
