Christina Maria Conforto, age 40 of New Bedford, passed away unexpectedly on December 11, 2024.
Christina grew up in Plympton. She graduated from Silver Lake in 2002. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Curry College in Counseling Psychology. She then earned a Master's of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College in 2014. She worked in the mental health field as a clinician and became a program director, advocating for individuals and families affected by mental illness and addiction. She loved to travel and be with family and friends.
Christina is survived by her parents Mario and Rosemary Conforto of Plympton, her brother Marc from Taunton, and her brother William Mario from South Yarmouth. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services for Christina will be held Thursday December 19th at the Kingston Funeral Home located at 216 Main St. Kingston, from 4 to 8pm, A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday December 20th at Saint Josephs Church at 10am in Kingston followed by a burial at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Plympton.
She will be missed immensely by all.
