I had the pleasure of working, eating, drinking and traveling with Pat. He was always ready with sage advise, a joke or mentorship guidance and always knew what the moment called for. I’ll always remember his sense of humor, and the time he sent an order of peel and eat shrimp back because he thought the bartender should peel while he ate them. Classic Pat! RIP buddy.
