Obituary of Raymond B. Donnelly

Raymond Brice Donnelly, 60, of Pembroke, Massachusetts, passed away on Monday July 8, 2024 in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ray was born in Waterbury Connecticut to James and Bernice Donnelly on May 12, 1964. He went to high school at Silver Lake Pembroke and graduated in 1982 . He went on to earn a degree from Rets Electronic school. He worked as a technician for over 30 years. He was a talented guitar player and he enjoyed fishing. 

Ray is survived by his wife Clare Donnelly of Pembroke and their children Curtis Donnelly of Marshfield, Rachael Pomodoro and her husband Samuel of Lakeville, Monica Donnelly of Plymouth, and Matthew Donnelly and his partner Rachel Patterson of Pembroke. He is survived by his siblings Thomas Donnelly, Edward Donnelly, Elaine Lackey and her husband Woodie, Mariane Norman and her husband Marc, Karen Heizelman and her husband Jack, and James Donnelly. Raymond is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, his many nephews and nieces, his great nephews and nieces, and his great great nephews and nieces. Finally, he is survived by his grandson William Donnelly Pomodoro. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Bernice Donnelly, as well as his sister Theresa Rockwell.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, July 14th from 1-4:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St, Kingston  a funeral mass will be held on Monday, July 15th at St. Joseph's Church in Kingston at 10:00 AM. Graveside services will follow at Center cemetery in Pembroke.
