Anna M. Kelleher Glass (Davidson) 92, of Duxbury, passed away on March 7, 2024.

Daughter of the late Asa W. Glass and Anna Glass of Island Creek, Anna was born in Duxbury. She graduated from High School in 1949. Following her graduation Anna joined the United States Air Force and was enlisted from 1950-53. She met and married the late Elma Davidson and they had two children together, Marie and Mark Davidson both of Plymouth. Her second marriage was to the late John (Jack) Kelleher of Brockton. She is survived by their two sons Matthew and Michael and they were raised in Plymouth / Manomet. 

She worked in the cafeteria of the Plymouth school system until her retirement. She then relocated to Huntsville, Alabama to be near her sister Elizabeth (Glass) Lemley. Anna returned to Duxbury in 2013 to live with her friend and classmate Lorraine Whitehouse. She took up residence in Duxbury Housing Authority at 59 Chestnut St.

Other than those already mentioned, she is survived by a special granddaughter Michelle Davidson of California, She leaves six other grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Among her nieces, nephews, and cousins, Patricia Bryant was special to her.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 12th from 4-7:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 13th at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Church in Duxbury. Graveside services will follow at the Mayflower Cemetery in Duxbury.
