Wes was an extraordinary individual who touched the lives of all those around him. His passion for sports began at an early age when he led the Silver Lake High School baseball team to victory as state champions in 1961. This achievement earned him a place in the school's Hall of Fame where he would forever be remembered for his athletic prowess. After high school graduation Wes pursued further education at Butera School of Art in Boston where he honed his artistic talents before embarking on a successful career as a self-employed car salesman and professional painter. In retirement Wes found joy in playing golf with dear friends while also sharing countless laughs over games that brought them together time after time. He also enjoyed spending time on Saquish beach with Carol and many beloved friends. His sense of humor was legendary among those who knew him best - quick wit always ready to bring smiles to faces even during difficult times. His dance moves were unforgettable especially when it came to disco music which showcased another side of this multifaceted man whose zest for life never waned. Above all else Wes was devoted - whether it be as a loving son or father figure guiding those closest through life's challenges or simply being there whenever needed most by family members seeking comfort from someone they could always rely upon without hesitation or reservation.
