Barbara Ann (Ladish) Whitaker passed away Sunday Dec 10th
at the age of 91. She was born Sep 9th 1932 in Westboro Ma
She was wife of Josiah Whitaker. who passed in 2010. Loving mother of Linda Cluff and her husband, Roger of Kingston, Keith Whitaker and his wife Debra of Plymouth, Glenn Whitaker of Ellenton Florida, Bruce Whitaker and his wife Patty of Seffner Florida and Donna Banzi and her husband Donald of Plymouth.
She was a devoted grandmother to Pamela, Brian, Peter, Carolyn, Kelsey, Abby, Amanda, Johnathan, Matthew, Kailee, Luke, Courtney, Donnie and Megan. She was also the great grandmother of Mia, Jack, Noah, Wren, Elyn, Sage, Brielle, Melodie, Dawson and Dallas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was brought up in Westboro Ma, married Joe and started her busy life. While raising 5 children she rehabbed homes and moved as many as 65 times. She also owned many businesses such as a market, gas station and 4 bowling centers the last of which they built here in Kingston Ma. Joe and Barbara also went to Florida for many years to Red Sox spring training games and loved playing cribbage everyday.  Barbara was a very busy lady but always made time for her friends and family.  

Visiting hours are at Shepherds Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, Kingston on Thursday, December 21st, from 5pm – 7pm. A short memorial service will take place at 7pm.
