Obituary of Edward (Sonny) W. Shenett

Edward (Sonny) William Shenett, 87, passed away on November 19, 2023. He is the husband of the late; much loved Beverly Ann (Duquette) Shenett. He was also preceded in death by his son Wayne Shenett and his daughter Corine Shenett.

He is survived by his daughter, Tamie (Shenett) Perry and her husband Frank, of pembroke. He was the loving grandfather of Adam Shenett, Alicia Bagni, Jacob Perry, Athena Perry, Marlene Perry, Dustin Shenett, Derek Shenett, Denise Nicoles and Lyn Beaucaire . He is also the great grandfather of Talia Rose Shenett, Hailey Nicoles, Sophia and Phoenix Shenett, Luke and Jordyn Perry, Blake Beaucaire and Anthony James Bagni. He was also survived by his close friends and neighbors, Linda, Joe and Laurie As well as many nieces, nephews and friends. 

Edward, enjoyed gardening, cooking, golf, horseback riding, dancing and singing. He was also a handyman who could fix anything. He was the janitor at Rockland Public Schools for many years. He was a cowboy at heart. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.

Visiting hours We will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St Carver on Thursday, November 30th from 11am to 2pm.  A service Will take place at the Shepherd funeral home at 2:00pm.
