Obituary of Dominic Charles Scichilone

Dominic Charles (Dom) Scichilone, 79 of Carver, MA passed away peacefully on October, 31 2023

Dominic was born in Waltham, MA to the late Mary and Raymond Scichilone on August 16, 1944. Dom was one of fourteen children. The beloved father to three 3 children and proud Papa to 3 grandchildren

Dom is survived by his children Robert Scichilone and husband Ronald Smith of Dallas, TX. Jason Scichilone and wife Nikki of Plymouth, Tracy (Scichilone) Fischer and husband Stephen of Mashpee. His three Grandchildren Ryan, Brooke, and Chloe. His siblings (brothers) Raymond Jr, John Scichilone, Philip Scichilone, Madeline Colino (Sister).  Many nieces and nephews

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Peter Scichilone, Joseph Scichilone, Sisters, Serafina Scichilone, Mary English, Angelina Scifo, and Rosalie McLeod. Former spouse, Shirley Scichilone, 

Dominic dedicated many years of his life to his work as a member of Teamster Local 25 in Sales, Leaving a lasting impact on his colleagues and community.

Dominic was also a proud former member of The Carver Special Police, and The Lions Club. He enjoyed socializing with friends and family. He could often be found working in his yard.

Dominic will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts. May he rest in peace. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dominic’s care team at Fresenius Kidney Care in Plymouth, MA. And to The Memory Care team of Stafford Hill Living in Plymouth

A funeral service will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St. (Rt. 58)  Carver on November 14, 2023 from 9 -11:00 am. Burial and a brief graveside service will immediately follow at Central Cemetery, Main St Carver.
