Manuel M. Cabral, age 94, of Kingston, MA passed away peacefully at home on April 16, 2023. He was the husband of the late Agnes M. (Cripps) Cabral and son of the late Joseph M. Cabral and Almarinda Cabral. Born in Kingston on June 30, 1928. Known to all as "Manny', he was a graduate of Kingston High School, a Veteran of the Army and served during the Korean War. He worked over 50 years at the Kingston Aluminum Foundry as a specialty molder. He enjoyed time with his family, backyard cookouts, boating and fishing, saunas, playing gin rummy and winning scratch tickets.

Manny is survived by son, Michael E. Cabral of Bourne, MA and his grandson Lucas Cabral of Providence. Son Philip M. Cabral and wife Veronica Cabral of Kingston, granddaughter Ashley Cabral Defiel and husband David Defiel and great grandson Joseph of Wareham. Granddaughter Brianna Cabral of Austin, TX and granddaughter Tara Cabral of Kingston. Son, Danial J. Cabral of Kingston. Sister, Arlene (Cabral) Bassett of Plymouth. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Manny's caregivers from Right at Home who loved and cared for him, Osnide (Mary), Yvette and from Stonewall Care, Fabiolia.

We'd also like to thank everyone from Accent Care Hospice, we truly are grateful for all of their support and care.

Visiting hours will be held on April 26th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St. Kingston, MA. A gathering at the Shepherd Funeral Home will take place at 9:00 AM prior to the graveside service which will be held on April 27, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Kingston.
