I promised my Aunt Betty that I would toast her with champagne when she finally went to join my mother and the rest of the Peacock sisters on their cloud. I kept true to my promise but I will miss her terribly.
I am quite sure they are all on that cloud together, clinking glasses, telling stories and dancing up a storm.
I will miss our bi weekly phone calls. Who will answer all those Peacock family questions now that you are gone?
You have left a hole in our lives with your passing, but we will fill it with the wonderful memories you have left behind.
