You were one of a kind and will be greatly missed. I am so grateful to you for the mentoring and wise counsel you provided to me over many years while working as colleagues at the United State Department of Education. I will also never forget the many great adventures we shared traveling around this great country of ours on Perkins grant monitoring trips. I will always value your friendship.
