Obituary of Edgar W Loring II

Edgar W. Loring II of Kingston 1934 to 2022 passed at home with his family son of Russell and Irene Loring.

Husband of Lillian Loring for 66 years, father of Edgar Loring III and wife Florence, Dale Loring and wife Maryann and their late daughter Lyn.

Brother of Janice Guidoboni and Judith Plumb, cousins, nephews and a niece. Grandchildren: Eric Loring, Jillian Ducat, Bridgett Dennison, Kaitlyn Kelley, Meagan Grattan, Stephanie Warren,   Brendan Loring and Courtney Parks. Great Grandchildren: Kaydance Kelly, Chase and Conor Ducat, Vivian Sullivan and Luke Grattan.

Ed graduated from Franklin Technical Institute, and was a cranberry grower and construction superintendent for many years. He belonged to 1^st Parish Church of Kingston, Kingston Fire Department Eng. Co. 1 Retired Captain. And 50 years of service with the of Boy Scouts of America Troop 49 and American Legion Post 108. Ed loved traveling, snowmobiling and hunting.

Calling hours will be held Saturday October 15, 2022 from 4-7pm at the Shepherd Funeral Home 216 Main St. (Rte 106) Kingston, MA. There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday October 16, 2022 from 3-4pm with a coalation following from 4-7 at the Hilltop Club on Pottle St. Kingston, MA.
