We, at Evangelical Zion Church, will dearly miss the presence of Larry in our services. I will miss him dearly. He came to our church approximately seven years ago. Shortly after attending our services for a while, he excepted Jesus into his heart as his personal Savior. He was baptized in Clear Pond at Camp Clear, Carver.
He became to be one of my greatest students in the Lord. Larry was always eager to learn more about his Lord and Savior.
He would read Christian biographies and Christian testimonies and the Word of God (Bible) more than anyone else I have known.
He was an avid Cribbage player and it became a ritual where he would come to my home and play cribbage every Tuesday morning.
Thank you Larry for all the wonderful times we had fellow shipping around the Lord.
Blessings and comfort to his family. Pastor John and Barbara King

Larry was a resourceful, intelligent Brother who was instrumental in the formation of the A.C.E. Union. He was an integral part of keeping our Brothers and Sisters safe inside the Walls. I will always remember him for his tenacity and just being a good man. I lit the green candle to pray that you Rest Easy in God's arms.
May the God of Eternal Love and Mercy embrace you, Larry, and give comfort to your Family and friends.

Larry was a pleasure knowing you and working with you. We’ve seen it all in our time at the old jail as well as where we retired from. You’ll be greatly missed.
