Obituary of John M. Fabrizio

PLYMOUTH, John Michael Fabrizio, 60, passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.  

John was born to Arnold (deceased) and Virginia Fabrizio on April 15, 1962 in Boston, MA. John attended Everett High School, Class of 1980. He enjoyed playing both ice hockey and baseball throughout his high school years. Following graduation, he joined the Local 103 IBEW and spent the majority of his career there as a telecommunications technician. John had a hearty laugh and was a good-natured, gentle, kind, and generous man.

John was the beloved husband to Tina (Combs) Fabrizio, the love of his life and wife of 25 years. Also survived by his three brothers, Ronald Fabrizio, Paul Fabrizio and his wife Jean and their two sons, Nick and Joe, and Edward Fabrizio and his wife Lauren and their daughter Lily.

John was an incredible father to his three children, Tiara Fabrizio-Myette and her husband Steve and their son Bryson of Rochester, MA, Brianna Fabrizio of Plymouth, MA, and Michael Fabrizio of Plymouth, MA.

John enjoyed time with his extended family including his mother-in-law Sandra Combs of Plymouth, Sister-in-law Bernadine Combs of Carver and her children, Brian Combs (deceased), Cory Combs (deceased), and Nicholas Combs and his wife Erica of New Albany, IN, Brother-in-law Monty Combs and his wife Jan of Norton, MA and their children Benjamin Combs, Lucas Combs and Lily Combs of Norton, MA. He was also blessed with many great-nephews and great-nieces: Kylee, Killian, Rozalind, Vivien, and Hatch.

John was a deeply devoted husband, father, uncle, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family, was an avid New England sports fan, and enjoyed many family trips. He will be deeply missed by his family and all that knew him.

Services will be held at Saint Joseph Parish, 770 Salem Street, Malden, MA on Tuesday, May 31^st at 10:00 am.
