Obituary of Phyllis J. Collari

Phyllis Jean Collari of Natick, MA passed away on January 16, 2022 at her home in Natick.

Phyllis was born in Boston, MA to Les & Hazel (Munroe) Parker on February 27, 1931 She went to high school at Plymouth High School and graduated in 1949. She went on to earn a nursing degree at the Children’s Convalescent Home in Wellesley, MA where she worked for many years.

Phyllis enjoyed reading, watching old westerns on TV and visits from her family.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Rick of Natick, Steven (Wendy) of Medway, MA and Donna Sutera (Steve) of Sturbridge, MA , grandchildren Darci Mayzer and her fiancé, Bill Hebert of Bellingham, MA, David Collari (Kate) of Medway and Michael Collari of Medway, great grandchildren Christian Curran of Natick, Chase Mayzer of Bellingham and James, Lennon and Penny Collari, all of Medway, along with many nieces and nephews.  Phyllis also leaves behind sisters Lillian Brulotte of Hollis, NH, Joan Millet of Carver, MA and Judy Ridge of Newton, MA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Collari, her parents, sister, Hazel Petrunti, brother Warren Parker and grandson John Collari.

We would also like to acknowledge the love and care provided to her for many years by her wonderful aids, Patti Sheinman, Dan Krentzman and Nadage Casseus who became her extended family.

Funeral service will be held at Shepherd Funeral Home in Kingston, MA on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will private. A celebration of life will be held at a future date for family and friends.
