Obituary of Connor Donovan

Connor Donovan died unexpectedly on October 16, 2021, at the age of 28.  A loving son and grandson, a caring brother, and a proud uncle.  Connor was an avid sports fan and talented athlete who enjoyed spending time with family and friends showcasing his passion for food, witty banter, and hearty laughter.  Connor is survived by his mother and step father Valerie and Peter Varrasso, sister Courtney and her husband Dylan Absi, brother Kyle Donovan, grandmother Mary Donovan, nephews Landon and Nathan Absi and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  Connor was predeceased by his father Joseph E. Donovan, grandfather Joseph F. Donovan, grandmother Shirley Heffernan and aunts Sandra Royle and Karen Parker.  

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 22nd, from 4-8:00 at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (rt. 58) Carver. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 23rd at 10:00 am at the Lakenham cemetery in Carver. As Connor was an avid dog lover, in lieu of flowers, we ask that a donation in Connor’s name be made to the ASPCA.
