Dorothy M. Angley

April 21, 1931 - January 2, 2021 89 years old

Loving wife of John H. (Jack) Angley. Daughter of Herman and Dorothy (Roby)Young. Sister of John Young and the late Herman, Bernard, Edward and Richard Young. Mother of Linda Everett of Middleboro, Sandra Leonard of Rhode Island, David Lindros ( Deborah)of Stoughton and Kathleen Lindros of Plymouth . Stepmother to Kelly Dollloff, John Angley( Chris) and Adam Angley( Carrie). Grandmother to Brian West, Adam West, Matthew West, Jared Lindros, Jennifer Anteski and Gregory Leonard. 16 great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was a life-long resident of Carver. Her great pride was her family. 

Member of the United Parish as well as former North Carver First Congregational Church where she served in many roles - Sunday School, Deacon, choir member church supper committee and more. She was also involved with Girl Scouts, Carver Housing Authority, Habitat for Humanity, Carver Arts Council, Carver Public Library and Sweet Adelines.

She worked for the Town of Carver, the United States Postal Service, in real estate and most recently as co-proprietor with Jack of Flax Pond Farms, greeting folks from all over the world and sharing her knowledge and love of all things cranberry. She was also a very accomplished cook and seamstress.

Do to Covid restrictions service will be private. A celebration of her life will take place later in the year when we can safely gather.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the United Parish of Carver and Habitat for Humanity.
