I enjoyed working on Mr. West's bogs each summer! I also looked forward to helping him with his IPM program and he always had such beautiful PRISTINE bogs! Talking to him was like talking to family (we were not related). I always loved visiting Mr. West and his dog Teddy and will fondly remember my summers working for him through Cranberry Growers Service.
With much love and condolences,
Mariah (Gates) Allen

Sending my love to Chris, Maureen and the West Family, I am going to miss our telephone conversations regarding Jim and how is doing. It's folks like Jim and your family that make our Massachusetts Cranberry extra special.

To Jim’s family, I am sorry to hear of your loss. I only met him on a few occasions, my dad Dave Noonan the bee keeper always spoke very highly of him and considered him a dear friend. On the rare occasion that I pass the intersection of 14 and 53, I look at the building that dad always pointed out. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
