Kevin was my family for 30 years. Together, he and I raised two sons that have grown into kind, caring young men who each contribute to this world in their own unique ways. Sadly, the end was not as pretty as the majority of our years together, but I am strong enough to say that because of Kevin, I am who I am today in so many positive ways. And because of Kevin, my boys are who they are in even more positive ways. With all my heart, I hope that he is finally at peace and out of pain. Knowing that he is no longer with us on this planet is a difficult pill to swallow. Watching our sons work through this trying time has been a challenge but I vow to continue to be there for them as they work their way thru this process. Rest In Peace, Kevin. We had a good run, didn’t we.

Donna, Kevin was the most beautiful person I had ever met. He was my first boyfriend In 1971 and he was a complete gentleman. I am blessed to have known him. Extremely saddened to hear of your great loss. My sympathies to you and your families. Please know that you will see him again.

Donna,
My daughter Samantha just shared this very sad news with me. She and I reminisced about how special it was of you and Kevin to have the chorus group sing Brighter Than the Sun at your wedding on the beach. It was an honor for Sammy and I’m sure all the group. My heart goes out to you. I know there are no words to take away the pain of losing your dear husband, but may it comfort to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We wish you peace and strength in the days ahead.
Fondly,
Julie and Samantha Benedetto
