Phil had a warm greeting for everyone he met. I remember him from school and Sunday school and he always had a smile and friendly comment to share. His love for the town of Kingston is evident in the many causes and activities he was involved in. My sympathy to Peg, his family and many friends. He will be missed. Helen Loring Smith

Hard to believe I won't see Phil wander into Baystate Aquascapes or the Hilltop Club again. It was part of my routine to share a few jokes with Phil almost daily. I will miss him! My condolences to his lovely wife and the entire family.
