I have great memories of Mr. Russell! I “worked” in the office for him in 7th & 8th grade, and also took my first trip to Disney World with him as part of the Odyssey Program. I recall he gave me a very nice pen as a Christmas gift one year! I believe I was a bit of a “teacher’s pet”, well, “asst principal’s pet”, to him!! Regardless, he was very kind to me and we talked about many, many different things. He made a big impact in my young life. Thank you for over 50 years of dedicated service to myself, and thousands of other youth. Rest In Peace.
