Obituary of James F. Patten

James F. Patten, 76, of Carver, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2020. He was the loving husband of Avis (Reardon) Patten . He was devoted father to Amy Patten and, husband Kiley McWilliam of Rockland and Matthew Patten and, wife Stacy of Carver. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Ernie. He was born on March 9, 1943 to the late James F. Patten and Helen (Shea) Patten. He was a Boston TV News Photographer for over 40 years before retiring. His passion was his family, working in the yard, photography, the weather and the Red Sox. He will be deeply missed by his friends and family. Visiting hours will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St. Carver on Wednesday, February 5th, from 9:00 to 11:00am. A Service will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Randolph.
