Obituary of Gabriel J. Donahue
Gabriel J Donahue 18 of Carver.
Gabriel was homeschooled finishing up his studies for his diploma. He was working full time at RW Bryant Electric and applying for Lineman school at SLTC. He was a hard worker with direction and a drive for success. Gabriel loved life outdoors working as a Lineman on the pole, landscaping, and tree work. He was a avid dirtbike rider and couldn't wait to teach his son how to ride taking him out for a spin every chance he got as early as a couple weeks old.
He loved ice skating, hiking, swimming, jet skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and climbing.
A farmer at heart loved growing a garden and raising his chickens and rooster McMurry. He loved his dogs Izzy, Diesel, and Zoe. When Gabe was home you would find him chilling with his childhood sweetheart Andrea and his bestfriends Brett Bond, Will Green, Dante Vitale, Darren Benevides, Stevie Waugh and Zachary Casarez Tommy Miles out in the loft.
The news of Andrea's pregnancy and the birth of his son Gabriel Jr. was the most humbling, awe inspiring time of his life the excitement and anticipation shined through Gabe. He protected Andrea like she was precious glass. He couldn't wait for his son's birth. He was so overjoyed and in awe of the child he helped create. A doting father totally in love, he wanted a house full of children to ride with.
Gabe had so many plans to teach Gabriel all about the things he enjoyed and how to appreciate life to the fullest. Gabe always let you know he loved you and appreciated you. He cherished those he had around him. He considered them family. Our loss and heartbreak is unfathomable. I hope time will help heal us from the pain we are all feeling. But we must go on celebrating, cherishing, and loving our time we had. We were blessed to have Gabe in our life. 18 years wasn't nearly long enough. We Pray Gabriel will have long lasting relationships with those who loved his father so he will always have a great story of "I remember when your dad did this and we had so much fun doing that, he would've loved teaching you everything!"
