Obituary of Anne C. Proodian

Anne C. Proodian of Duxbury passed away on September 26th, 2019. Anne was married to the late James A. Proodian, mother to the late James Proodian, and the late Christine P. Coughlin. She was sister to the late William McKendry, and the late Helen Picarello. 

Anne will be lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Madeline Coughlin and son in-law Kerry Coughlin. Anne is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

Anne was an inspiration to all who knew her. She was a woman of courage and great strength. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor and intelligence. Anne enjoyed social gatherings, and often serenaded family and friends with her rendition of Danny Boy. At the family’s request, services are private. Contributions may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
