Obituary of Michael E. Andrews

Michael E. Andrews, 58 of Carver, MA passed away at home surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness.
Son of Stephen and Jane Andrews, he was born in Boston, on October 21, 1960.

A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Michael spent his career in the construction industry, most recently as a forming specialist for Vimco Inc. of King of Prussia, PA. His work ethic and passion for the field were evident as he was considered the foremost authority on forming in the Northeast. 

He enjoyed working in his workshop, was a fan of New England Sports, but his most treasured moments were those spent with his girls. He was a very proud Dad and active volunteer in all of his girls activities. Loved by everyone, Michael will be remembered as kind, funny, patient, and faithful. 

Married to his high school sweetheart for 35 years, Michael is survived by his wife Patty, his daughter Meg, his son-in-law John, and his daughter Kaelin; his brothers and their spouses, Stephen and Beth Andrews, Thomas and Judy Andrews, and James and Melinda Andrews; his sisters Paula, Barbara and her partner Chris; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 18th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 19th at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's church in Kingston.

Graveside services will follow at St. Joseph cemetery in Kingston.
