Virginia Lee Taddia- Hathaway, long time resident of Carver, MA. went home to be with the Lord on January 28, 2019.
Virginia “Lee” Taddia was born in Plymouth to Edward and Virginia Hathaway on Jan.6, 1949. She graduated from Plymouth Carver High School. Prior to her retirement she worked for many years as a Special Needs Bus Driver for the Town of Carver. She enjoyed her friends, the beach and many outdoor activities.
Lee is survived by her son Todd Taddia ,his wife Karolyn and family of Wrightwood,CA., her daughter Michelle Packard, her husband Kevin of Plymouth , her Grandson Ryan Packard Sergeant / USMC and his wife Sierra , 2 great-grand children Audrina and Corbin Packard , she leaves 4 brothers Edward, Richard, Glen, and Gary Hathaway and their wives, and many nieces ,nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband Micheal A Taddia.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Church of the Vine in Carver on Feb 2, 2019 at 9:30 am with Pastor Phil Hardwick officiating. A Reception will follow at VFW Club on Seven Hills Rd in Plymouth.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ladies Bible Study program and Angel Tree fund may be made to Church of the Vine 5 Wareham Street Carver Ma. 02330. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to The Church of the Vine and to all those who reached out during this difficult time.
