Our hearts are heavy for you all. Words never seem enough, but know that Pat is so lovingly remembered. I cherish the lovely gifts she sent - I've been wearing the claddagh necklace from her all week.
Know that you all are loved and she is with those who have been so patiently waiting for her. It's never goodbye but till we meet again.
