Obituary of Alan M Alexis

Alan M. Alexis, 67, of Duxbury, MA died Nov. 24 of Frontotemporal Dementia. He was the husband of the late Ronnie (Parros) Alexis. He is survived by his brother-in-law Mike Parros and sister-in-law Georgia Parros, both of Hanson, nieces Christine Tinervia Spanos and Andrea Parros, and a nephew Joseph Tinervia, all of New York. He also leaves behind many close friends. Alan was graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1973. Alan was an avid hiker, having hiked the highest points in 48 of 50 states. He was interested in the environment, reading, cooking, traveling and listening to jazz and blues music. He was a Mason at the Cornerstone Lodge in Duxbury and a member of the Jones River Historical Society in Kingston.
