Obituary of Barbara A. Davis

Barbara A. Davis 60, of Kingston, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on October 15th.  Daughter of Ivers and Gertrude Brooks, grew up in Whitman along with her late older sister, Bonnie Brooks.  After her parents separated she and her sister lived with their late aunt Elaine and Wyman Brooks, along with cousins Dawna, Nancy, Wyman, and late Debbie, in Pembroke, MA.  Married to her beloved husband Glen Davis, she gave birth to Justin and Kelly Davis, both of Kingston.  Barbara worked for over twenty years at both Silver Lake Regional middle school and high school as a cafeteria worker, and had since retired five years ago.  She is survived by her brother- in- law Kenny Davis and wife Donna of Harwich, cousins Dawna Gardner of Maine, Nancy Adams of Alabama, Wyman Brooks of Plymouth, along with several second and third cousins. 

Memorial Visiting Hours will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, on Sunday, October 21, from 10:00 to 1:00PM, with a Prayer Service at 1:00PM.
