Obituary of William Duhamel

William (Bill) Edward Duhamel, 70 of Halifax past away in Boston at Beth Israel hospital on July 31, 2018. He was born on March 4, 1948 in Brockton to Robert and Gertrude Duhamel.  After he graduated from Brockton High School and he enlisted into the Navy to serve our country, after leaving the Navy he worked as a mason for most of his career in Brockton with family.  Bill enjoyed bowling and watching his favorite teams on television.   He was a big fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.  He never would miss a game when they were on.  He would always make people laugh when he was around.  He also had a big heart and would help anyone in need.  Bill is survived by his wife of 50 years Susan Duhamel of Halifax MA, his son Marc Duhamel and his wife Heather Duhamel of New Bedford, Ma and his daughter Colleen LaGram and her husband Steve LaGram of Uncasville, CT. He also has three wonderful grandchildren Stephen, Jacoby and Helena that he was so proud of and enjoyed spending time with. The Funeral service will be held at Bourne Cemetery on August 20th at 1:00 pm with family.
