Obituary of Lillian J. Harju

Lillian J. (Langevin) Harju, 95, of Carver, died May 26.Daughter of the late Emil and Loretta (Roy) Langevin. Beloved wife of the late Wilho Harju. Loving mother of Lawrence Harju of Middleboro, Elaine Akers of Middleboro, Paul Harju of Plympton and Richard Harju of Middleboro. She was the devoted grangmother of twelve grandchildren and great grandmother of twenty-nine. Lillian was also the sister of the late Ernest and Norman Langevin. 

Lillian enjoyed cooking and traveling, and spending winters in Florida. She worked side by side with her late husband Wilho on their cranberry bogs. They were members of Ocean SprayCranberry Co.

Visiting hours from the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Carver, on Sunday June 3 from 4:00-6:00PM.  Funeral Service and Interment are private.. Donations in Lillian's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
