Obituary of James F. Shephard

James Frederick Shephard, Jr., 74, of Carver died peacefully surrounded by family on May 24, 2018. He was born to James and Jane Shephard on October 30, 1943. He was married to Maureen May Shephard (McCarthy) of Quincy for 41 years. He is survived by his three daughters, Julie Walker and her husband Mark of Carver, Jodi Carmignani and her husband Anthony of Medway and Jaime Wood and her husband Brian of Carver. He was the cherished grandfather of his five grandchildren, Madison Walker, Andrew Walker, Anthony Carmignani Jr., Amelia Wood and Graham Wood. He is survived by his sister, Clare M. Cooley; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late Nancy J. Weston. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a retired Cranberry Grower, Boilermaker, and an U. S. Airforce Veteran.
