Obituary of Joseph W. Lyons

Joseph W. Lyons, 61, of Bethel, ME, formerly Quincy, and Carver, passed away May 10, 2018. Loving father of William Lyons and his wife Kristen of Middleboro, Michael Lyons of Carver, Caitlyn Lyons of Carver, and Elizabeth Lyons of Bethel, ME. Cherished son to Rosemary Lyons, and the late Joseph Lyons. Brother to Daniel Lyons and his wife Susan of Quincy, Rita Calio and her husband Vin of Foxboro, and Maureen Lyons of Quincy. Cherished grandfather to Bailey, Billy, and Ben.

Mr. Lyons was a former MBTA Police officer and a proud memeber of the US Marine corp.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, May 14th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 19th at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes, Carver with graveside services to follow at Central Cemetery in Carver.
