Obituary of Brian K VanRiper

Brian K. VanRiper, 64, of Pembroke passed away on April 20th. Born January 7, 1954 in Beaufort, SC to the late William VanRiper and the late Rosemary Mahon.

Husband of Mary Debra (Roche) for 44 years. Father of Brian (Samantha) of CA, Gregory of Philadelphia, and Allison of Rockland. Proud Grumpy of Kennedy and Kate of CA. Brother of William VanRiper and the late Robert VanRiper. Also survived by many loving family, friends, and will also be sadly missed by his frisky dog Fritz. 

Brian was involved in many aspects of the Pembroke community including being a proud member of the Pembroke Planning Board for 21 years.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 29th from 2-6:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 392 Hanover St, Hanover on Monday, April 30th at 10:00 AM.
